Before stepping into leadership roles, I worked extensively as a Business and Systems Analyst, collaborating with teams to translate business needs into effective system solutions. This experience provided me with a strong foundation in understanding how businesses operate and how technology can support growth and efficiency.

I currently serve as a Project Manager, overseeing projects from planning to completion while ensuring that goals, timelines, and quality standards are successfully achieved. My role includes coordinating teams, managing deliverables, and driving continuous improvements across operations.

In addition to my analytical and leadership experience, I also have hands-on experience in the BPO industry as a Technical Support Specialist, Outbound Specialist, and Licensing Specialist. These roles helped me develop strong communication, customer service, and operational skills essential in the recruitment and call center industry.
